Job Description
Production Manager sought for leading manufacturing company in Ireland. Responsible for overseeing production team, managing day-to-day operations, and promoting strategies for increased productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee team of 20-25 workers and 2 supervisors to ensure effective team performance and collaboration.
Manage day-to-day operations to achieve production targets efficiently and effectively.
Develop and promote strategies to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure a safe working environment and promote health and safety practices across the production floor.
Oversee and implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards in production.
Participate in all hiring steps, including interviewing and on-boarding new staff members.
Requirements:
Proven track record of managing and leading teams with a positive and productive work environment.
Experience in production/manufacturing supervisory or managerial role or related industries such as construction.
Package Includes:
Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 DOE.
Yearly Bonus.
21 Days Holidays.
Location: Dublin. Open to candidates living within a commutable distance to Dublin.
