Project Manager sought to drive delivery of projects across various functions, ensuring alignment with timelines and governance standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects. This includes creating and managing project plans, identifying dependencies, ensuring governance compliance, and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project plans from initiation to closure.
  • Identify dependencies between projects and ensure governance compliance.
  • Build and lead project meetings to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage project cross-functional teams and track completion of actions.
  • Ensure project costs, quality, and timelines are delivered on target.
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans to eliminate risk to the business.
  • Update and maintain project hub and plan governance meetings.
  • Address any other business that arises.

Key Requirements:

  • Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Project management skills, including risk management, budgeting, and project planning.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in supply chain, marketing, and commercial.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage, lead, and influence others.
  • Project management certification and proficiency in MS Project and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
