Job Description

Project Analyst role supporting the governance and reporting of Group IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

This role involves supporting the delivery of the portfolio of Group IT projects, ensuring that the projects are tracked appropriately and that they are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project owners with processing projects through intake to ensure projects are set up for successful delivery within defined cost, budget, quality and timescales.
  • Ensure projects are set up correctly in project systems for reporting and tracking.
  • Support Group IT project owners with project processes, e.g., facilitating project planning, facilitating project lessons learnt.
  • Support creation of monthly reports for reporting on the IT project portfolio.
  • Ensure the effective maintenance of IT project applications, completing system administration, training and support for users.
  • Support the Project Management Office to ensure the PMO delivers value for Glen Dimplex Group IT stakeholders.

About You:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a PMO environment.
  • Effective presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
  • Experience of working with teams using a wide variety of frameworks and methodologies (traditional waterfall and iterative/agile delivery and process improvement methodologies).
  • Experience of using project tools (e.g. JIRA, Project Plans).
