Job Description
Senior Project Managers are sought for a substantial pharmaceutical project in Westmeath. The role involves managing project scope, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance to cGMP standards.
- Manage full project scope in multiple engineering packages.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders through to project package completion.
- Manage continuous improvement applied to project management.
- Liaise between design/construction and procurement.
- Engage with site SMEs and managers along with global functions.
- Communicate, influence, and affect change with all levels of stakeholders and teams.
- Evaluate and transfer goals and objectives into measurable plans.
- Identify gaps/risks and put appropriate remediation plans in place.
- Build strong relationships to identify requirements and potential opportunities.
- Employ project management techniques and Problem Solving.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and advice in field of project management.
- Resolve any issues effectively.
Experience in a Life Science Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environment is required. Relevant degree and/or Masters' or equivalent is also required.
- Relevant experience in a Life Science Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology environment.
- Relevant degree and/or Masters' or equivalent.
- Experience on large scale pharmaceutical type projects.
- The ability to work independently and identify risks and mitigation pathways to ensure project delivery.
- A passion for continuous improvement applied to project management.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio is required.
