Job Description
Lead Engineering Change project to drive growth and innovation, supporting sustaining engineering projects from initial request to full implementation. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, assessing impact, and managing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to communicate and track deliverables
- Collaborate with Technical SMEs to ensure tasks are identified and planned
- Assess impact of change requests on risk, costs, and timing
- Develop and execute engineering change deliverables
- Apply predictive design and tolerance analysis techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Biomedical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Proven experience working within a Quality System
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
