Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Building a personal book of business with clients in the Northwest of Ireland
* Meeting or exceeding target fees and KPIs
* Developing, maintaining and managing client accounts
* Identifying new business opportunities through market research and industry events
* Ensuring a positive contribution to social media mediums
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a 360-recruitment agency role, a strong track record of business development, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
