Seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage daily operations in a prestigious homeware department in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Manager in managing daily operations, including completing floor planners to ensure smooth running of the department.
- Maintain open and clear communication within the team, supporting team briefs and regular updates.
- Contribute to team targets and objectives, driving performance and customer satisfaction.
- Recognise and reward high-performing team members, while coaching and supporting those who need development.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operation and standards.
- Actively promote and embody the company's core values.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
- Passion for homeware and / or interiors and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage operations effectively.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
