Job Description

Job Summary: We seek a Sales Administrator to join our team in Sandyford, South Dublin. The successful candidate will have 1 year administration experience, good client service and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Process sales orders
  • Manage department inbox and emails
  • Provide admin support to Sales Team/Supervisor
  • Use mapping systems to build campaigns
  • Inform specialists of changes and update the system
  • File sales orders and maintain filing system

Requirements:

  • 1 year administration experience
  • Good client service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure

We are a hybrid company with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. Salary: €28k DOE. Maternity Contract: 7 months initially, with the possibility of extension to 13 months.
