Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager
**Job Summary:**
Deliver complex construction contracts and procurements for life sciences, food, manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sourcing and pre-qualification of contractors
- Preparation and issue of tenders
- Commercial and technical evaluation of tenders
- Chairing clarification meetings
- Leading commercial negotiations
- Preparing recommendation reports for approval
- Preparing and updating procurement strategies and reports
- Preparation of contract documents
- Monitor contractor performance and drive improvement
- Contract management support during construction phase
**Qualifications:**
- 20+ years of related experience
- Proven track record of large scale EPCM projects
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- Detailed knowledge of tendering and contract management methods
- Strong legal grounding in construction contracts
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple requests
- Strong sense of customer focus and teamwork
