Job Description
Senior Structural Engineer sought for long-term contract in Cork or Dublin, working on Life Sciences projects with a leading Pharma Consulting Engineers firm.
This is an opportunity to join a global practice with a strong presence, offering a hybrid work arrangement and the chance to collaborate with experienced engineers and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute structural design and calculations
- Collaborate with Revit designers
- Oversee junior engineers
- Engage with other disciplines within the design team
Requirements:
- Proficient in all aspects of structural design and well-versed in Eurocode design
- Competent in using structural design software, such as STAAD, Tekla, and Robot
- Experience in working on multi-discipline design projects, with proficiency in Navisworks and Revizto software
- Strong communication skills
- Industrial design experience is a definite advantage
- Capable of providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
