The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of site management experience and a detailed knowledge of site procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site personnel and subcontractors.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the programme.
- Attend contract review meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe workplace and culture of safe working practices.
- Record daily activity logs for all site activity.
- Liaise with trade professionals to organize new work areas.
- Liaise with subcontractors on materials orders.
- Manage site staff and direct them to designated work areas.
- Attend regular site meetings with site management.
- Ensure all work areas are clear and ready to be handed over.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of site management experience.
- Familiarity with materials ordering and lead times.
- Detailed knowledge of site procedures.
