The ideal candidate will have expert-level German language skills, fluency in English, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales consultants, providing coaching, training, and feedback to drive performance and productivity.
- Set clear expectations, assign targets, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure team members are meeting objectives.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients to ensure project success and deliver value through relationship management.
- Create reports to track project performance and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expert-level German language skills (spoken and written).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, negotiation, or B2B phone sales (desired).
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
