We're seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily operations and productivity of our assigned team and project.
Manage a team of Sales Consultants, providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sales Consultants, providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback.
- Delegating tasks effectively and overseeing productivity and workflow of assigned team.
- Set clear expectations, assign written targets, and complete monthly and quarterly check-ins.
- Maintain open and effective channels of communication with clients to ensure project performance and relationship management.
- Create reports that track project performance against goals and present them to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Expert-level German language skills required.
- Fluency in English language written and spoken.
- Minimum 1 year of experience successfully leading a team.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, negotiation, or B2B phone sales.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
