As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll provide daily supervision to a team, overseeing methods and equipment for handling and storing stock, and ensuring productivity and quality metrics. You'll also provide data analytics, resolve escalated issues, and participate in improvement projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with 1-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, including hire/fire authority and employee relations. Additional skills include Microsoft Office Suite, ERP system knowledge, and Lean Manufacturing concepts. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve objectives and adhering to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising employees, managing warehouse activities, and providing regular progress reports. You'll also be responsible for monthly/yearly PMs on equipment and temperature/humidity probes, and ensuring employees are trained and adhere to EH&S policies. Other duties include identifying issues, reviewing capacity requirements, and providing recommendations for improvement.
