Senior Service Administrator Job Description
A senior administrator role is available in a dynamic organization, providing administrative support to a team and contributing to the delivery of an efficient and effective front-of-house service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a first point of contact for young people and their families, answering phone calls and dealing with queries
- Provision of information to young people and their families, ensuring confidentiality
- Promote the vision, values, and mission of Jigsaw
- Open, record, and process post in line with Jigsaw policy
- Keep accurate records and systems in relation to all aspects of work
- Participate in team meetings and forums
- Provide daily administration oversight and support to the team
- Oversee the service administrator's teamwork plan and report on progress
- Coordinate purchasing and delivery of office supplies and stationery
- Work in accordance with Jigsaw policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum three years' experience in office administration, preferably in a front-of-house position
- Minimum one year's experience in line management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office, Office 365, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Share Point
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in human services, health services, or charity sector
- Relevant degree or administrative qualification (FETAC level 5 or above)
- Experience designing and implementing complex scheduling systems
- Experience in data management and reporting
