2024/06 Clinical Midwife Specialist/Senior Radiographer, Obstetrics and Gynaecology Permanent Fulltime The Ultrasound service is part of a dynamic and growing health care facility catering for the health needs of women at all stages during pregnancy and the postnatal period in addition to gynaecological assessment. Qualifications and Experience: Essential Criteria: Registered Nurse/Midwife or be eligible for registration with NMBI Registered Radiographer/Sonographer or eligible for registration with CORU with diploma in obstetric ultrasound Hold a post-Graduate qualification in Ultrasound or other relevant diploma or be committed to undertake such studies within 3 years Post-registration five years experience A minimum of 3 years (recent) experience in obstetrics/gynecology ultrasound Skills and Knowledge Ability to communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary team Demonstrable experience at managing a team and workload Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development, training and research Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Experience of working in various models of midwifery care Mentorship /Preceptorship training All informal enquires in relation to the above should be directed to Ms. Patricia Williamson, Assistant Director of Midwifery & Nursing at Applications, should include a current Curriculum Vitae and cover letter quoting the relevant reference number to arrive not later than 12 noon on 28th October 2024 ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED.
