Summer Analyst Program in Securities Services
This 9-week program is the gateway to our full-time rotational program, offering a comprehensive understanding of the Securities Services business.
- Develop a strong foundation in key disciplines of Securities Services
- Gain hands-on experience in program management and leadership
- Work with experienced managers and team members on priority initiatives
- Participate in leadership trainings and a 2-week bootcamp in New York
As a Summer Analyst, you will develop analytical, technical, and leadership skills while gaining exposure to global teams across all areas of Securities Services.
- Work with engaged managers in your location and have exposure to global teams
- Have regular engagement and networking opportunities with business leaders and alumni
- Have the support of a sponsor, program manager, and direct manager
This program is designed to establish a strong foundation in the key disciplines of Securities Services, enabling you to take on significant responsibilities and projects within the business.
- Develop solutions and drive change in finance using project management, emerging technologies, data governance, and analytics
- Drive innovation with the use of digital tools
- Be proactive and responsive as a team member to our Business, which is constantly evolving
