- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Adaptability to work with different disciplines, including project managers, change managers, and development teams.
- Master's degree (2.1 or higher) or First-class primary degree in a Business, Technology, Management, or relevant subject.
- Excellent academic record, demonstrated drive, and commitment.
- Fluency in another European language is a plus.
