Accelerated Growth Consultant, Google Customer Solutions (English, Spanish)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Early Experience

Experience completing work as directed, and collaborating with teammates; developing knowledge of relevant concepts and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a Business related field.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.

About the Job

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you will consult with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Using your effective communication skills, you will establish key strategic relationships and accelerate any type of business, including startups and known brands.

Responsibilities

- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
- Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our Marketing teams.
- Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
- Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google's marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms).
