Job Summary: Experienced Accounting Technician sought to join a well-established accountancy firm in the north-west of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent interpersonal skills.
You will work within a dedicated team of accounting professionals, providing a range of services including bank reconciliations, account preparation, and VAT returns. Your expertise will be essential in helping us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of accounts
- Completion of VAT returns
- Filing various returns through ROS
- Preparation of bookkeeping records
As an experienced Accounting Technician, you will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in Excel and accounting software. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified or Part Qualified Accounting Technician working towards qualification
- 1 year's experience working in an accountancy firm
- Knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work to strict schedules and deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills and career
