Seeking an experienced Assistant Bakery Manager to lead a skilled team and assist the Bakery Manager in bringing the bakery to the next level.
As Assistant Bakery Manager, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, creating high-quality baked goods and confectionery, and driving the development of new products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, and be able to work efficiently to minimize waste and maintain low waste margins.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the department runs efficiently and all products reach high-quality expectations
- Working alongside the Bakery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery
- Leading a team and working as a Scratch Baker
- Developing and implementing new products and processes
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience as a baker is essential
- Ability to manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of food safety procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Good work ethic and initiative
