Associate Consultant

The Associate Consultant role sits within Depositary Operations: PMO and Support team, responsible for delivering EMEA Depositary's strategic projects, IT, Regulatory Change, Location and cross-jurisdictional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently on allocated projects and collaborate with team members on complex projects.
- Identify areas for improvement, find solutions and drive implementation.
- Provide administrative and technical support to the business.
- Coordinate and deliver MI and information + data management for Depositary.
- Support the execution of EMEA Depositary IT strategic roadmap by performing analysis, capturing use cases and liaising between the business and development team.
Requirements:
- Experience in requirements gathering, user story creation and product backlog management in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of 6 Sigma methodologies and practice.
- Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Product Owner/Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Delivery of projects/tasks in a timely manner.
- Clear understanding of relevant regulations & fiduciary responsibilities.
- Broad and detailed fund knowledge.
