Job Description
Automation Engineer, Nationwide, Permanent, Work on Water and Wastewater Treatment projects, automation, instrumentation and drive networks, programming SCADA systems, travel required, clean driving license, degree in Automation Engineering or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, knowledge of water and wastewater treatment industry, proficiency with Schneider Automation, experience with Rockwell, Omron or Mitsubishi automation, Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage automation projects
- Commission projects on site
- Prepare and deliver technical reports
- Train personnel
- Assist in equipment selection and evaluation
- Design automation systems and network architectures
- Degree, or higher, in Automation Engineering or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of automation, instrumentation and drive networks
- Proficiency with Schneider Automation
- Experience with Rockwell, Omron or Mitsubishi automation
- Programming SCADA systems
