The Role
This role will lead the implementation of our strategy across key pillars, including business development, people management, audit quality, and finance. You will work closely with partners to drive external opportunities and ensure high-quality advice is provided to clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team, managing and deploying staff on assignments as necessary
- Responsibility for a portfolio of banking and capital markets (structured finance) audit clients, including public interest entities
- Work closely with partners to design and implement actions to ensure the firm and team's strategic objectives are met
Principal Requirements
- Experience working at a Senior Manager/Director level within a financial services department in a professional services firm
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record of establishing and developing client relationships
- Detailed knowledge of relevant accounting standards impacting the financial services sector
- Ability to prioritise and organise work, with strong attention to detail
