The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or Inventor. Role profile This person will be working with a technical engineering team providing guidance and support to all industries across all sectors. Responsibilities Customer Support & Guidance: Provide expert assistance and industry knowledge to our customers, ensuring they receive the help they need with our products. Attract New Customers: Conduct product demos, webinars, and conversations to showcase our solutions and attract new clients. Training: Offer comprehensive training across multiple products to ensure customers are proficient and satisfied. Project Support: Act as a key resource for customers during project work, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications/Professional skills/knowledge Engineering qualification or equivalent experience in a related field required. Proficiency inAutoCADor Inventor is essential. Strong verbal & written communication skills required. Strong customer care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently to meet project deadlines. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Must have own transport.
