The Senior Claims Specialist will:
- Assess high-value claims using technical knowledge and experience
- Provide excellent written and verbal communications to customers
- Manage a portfolio of claims from individual and corporate customers
- Provide technical support and knowledge to claim assessors
Requirements:
- Experience in Specified Illness Claims Assessment function
- QFA qualification, APA or CII diploma in life and disability claims or life and disability underwriting
- Proven track record of being organised and self-motivated
