Your Role:
The role's key focus is to provide highly professional, friendly and outstanding customer service to all our customers on-site 5 days a week in Blackrock, Dublin.
The role operates in a telephony-based environment, this role is Monday to Friday, and every 5 weeks operates a one-weekend shift pattern.
You will be the bank's voice in delivering a more human customer experience across their products and services.Demonstrate working effectively as part of a team and the ability to communicate effectively to provide suitable solutions to meet the customer's needs to build strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated and passionate about achieving goals.Have an innovative approach to adapting to customers' needs and the ability to work to service standards in a compliant manner.
Essential Qualifications
Ordinary leaving certificate accreditation is required at the grades of D3/O6/H6 in a minimum of 5 subjects at either Higher or Ordinary level and must include English and Maths, or 5 plus years relevant work experience.

This is an excellent position that will enable you to build your career in BankingThe successful candidate will obtain 3 weeks of fully paid training and you will be required to obtain the APA status within 24 months of starting in the role.
This includes Educational assistance to obtain your APA / QFA exams,and providing support such as study leave.
