Job Description

Join our Customer Excellence Group in Dublin, Ireland, driving customer success and platform adoption across EMEA. As a Customer Success Guide, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them achieve business goals while ensuring they get the most out of our products and services. Key responsibilities include customer success focus, cross-functional collaboration, executive engagement, best practices and enablement, escalation management, and outcome-driven engagement. You'll work with a large portfolio of EMEA customers, providing prescriptive guidance on how to leverage our platform to meet their goals, and contribute to the Customer Excellence Group's thought leadership through case studies and best practices. We're seeking a postgraduate with relevant work experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, with strong emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and experience in program management.
