Job Description
Drive the strategic vision of ESB's data and analytics initiatives as Data & Analytics Lead, leading a forward-thinking team to support the business in managing their data, leveraging analytics and AI to make informed decisions, and delivering on business targets and ESB's Net Zero by 2040 strategy. Key responsibilities include leading a team to identify actionable insights, collaborating with senior stakeholders, managing complex analytic products, and developing the team members. Requires a minimum of 7-10 years' experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a good foundational knowledge of Business Intelligence tools. Experience in the utility industry and knowledge of advanced analytics and AI technologies are an advantage.
