Summary: Experienced Duty Manager sought for boutique property in North Kildare with popular F&B offering. Manage day-to-day operations, team of up to 40, and drive sales initiatives.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day running of busy property with management team.
- Manage all aspects of hotel while on duty.
- Lead team of up to 40 people on busy shifts.
- Conduct weekly stocktakes and staff training.
- Drive sales initiatives and cover duty management shifts.
- Ensure excellent service to all guests and visitors.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in similar role in 3*/4* hotels.
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage industry and its initiatives.
- HACCP training required.
- Multi-tasking and adaptability essential.
- Hotel front office systems experience beneficial.
