Job Description
We are hiring an Employment Law Consultant to provide advice on HR and employment law, create and review employment and HR documentation.
Main Tasks:
- Support clients with quality advice and documentation, adhering to companies' policies and procedures.
- Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building relationships with clients.
- Manage workload and diary according to Company protocol.
- Liaise with clients via video conference, telephone, and email to create employment documentation.
- Present HR and employment law training to groups via video conference or in person.
- Record work via internal computerised systems and produce reports as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR.
- Exceptional communication and written English skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload under pressure.
- Strong organisational and word processing skills.
- Ability to present information accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.
