Join a Global Leader as an ERP Technical Support Specialist, a 100% remote role based in Ireland. As a skilled ERP support professional, you'll troubleshoot and resolve problems, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's ERP systems.
- Provide 1st level support for ERP users, addressing system-related issues and queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the relevant teams.
- Guide users through solutions and best practices for using ERP systems.
- Maintain detailed logs of support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in system testing and updates as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar ERP technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a scientific or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Benefits:
- Base: €40,000 - €50,000
