The Global Supply Chain Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver projects that align with business goals.
  • Planning and managing project timelines, tasks, and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, plans, and tracking templates.
  • Overseeing project execution and ensuring team members meet deadlines and company standards.
  • Leading key projects related to supply chain flow change management and network optimization initiatives.
  • Working with leaders across departments to streamline projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Defining and improving project management policies and processes.
  • Evaluating projects to ensure they meet company standards, budget, and deadlines.
  • Partnering with leadership to align best practices and processes across the organization.
  • Developing and refining project management training content and rolling out training to end users.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or a similar role.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field, and relevant certifications for Project Management.
  • 5+ years' experience within a supply chain environment.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience dealing with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver projects to completion on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation.
  • High proficiency in MS Office suites and experience using project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and technical skills.
