Job Description
Head of AML (SVP) sought to develop and maintain a strong partnership with the business based on trust and integrity, providing high quality advice and guidance to meet regulatory objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and streamline the existing Investor and Client CDD process
- Manage a high performing team of AML professionals
- Lead regulatory projects at Board and Regulator level
Requirements:
Strong advisor on AML matters with all levels of staff
Effective communication with external organisations
Structured and determined approach to work
In-depth knowledge of AML Legislation and Core Guideline Notes
Robust understanding of the Irish and Cayman regulatory framework
Excellent communication style with stakeholders at all levels within the business
Prior experience with Lexis Nexis and the Central Bank Reform Act 2010
