Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent planning, recruitment, and employee relations for a rapidly growing food manufacturing organisation in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and company stakeholders, providing guidance and support to execute the company's overall agenda.
- Manage the organisation's full talent planning and recruitment process, adhering to legal requirements and budgetary spend.
- Review and update the company's training matrix to ensure legal compliance and identify new training opportunities.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, strategies, and procedures to align with the company's business goals and comply with legislative requirements.
- Provide HR advisory support and advice to departmental managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience at HR Manager level.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and utilising HRIS Systems.
- Skilled in training and development, absence management, and performance reviews.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with company stakeholders and departmental managers.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability, and ability to be adaptable.
