**Job Summary**
Leading contractor in Dublin seeks an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor for a large-scale Mixed-use development in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will work on projects throughout Dublin with a growing company that has a strong commitment to staff development.
**Responsibilities**
* Ensure project objectives are met and set a change in process where appropriate
* Compile final accounts, variations and valuations
* Manage subcontractor tenders and payments
* Develop cost plans and cost reporting
* Interact with project teams to maximise project procurement, production and strategies
* Form and develop relationships with client, PQS, design teams and supply chain
**Requirements**
* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience
* Previous experience on projects over €10m is beneficial but not necessary
* Hungry to learn and develop
* Excellent communicator
* Strong time management and reporting skills
