Join MCS Group as an IT Systems Administrator in a thriving organisation with locations across Ireland. This Sys Admin will ensure stable systems across Networks, Servers and the Cloud. Key responsibilities include working with internal stakeholders, managing infrastructure, and acting as a Project Manager during implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration in an enterprise environment
- Experience managing physical and virtual servers, Windows systems, VMWare, and cloud technologies (Azure, 365)
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Current valid driving licence in Ireland
- Right to work in Ireland (EU Citizen/Stamp 4 Visa)
- Certifications in Microsoft/VMWare/Cisco technologies
- Networking knowledge/experience and certifications (e.g. CCNA)
- ITIL Certification
- PRINCE2 PM certification
- Public sector vendor management/procurement experience
Salary: Starting salary €51,137 with a leading benefits package including pension and increased holidays.
Work arrangement: Hybrid model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote working per week.
