Job Description

Provide top-tier administrative support on life and pension products, prepare meeting documentation, support teams, and process new business applications.

Key responsibilities include communication with clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and participating in business development projects.

A QFA is essential, with RPA and AIIPM desirable. 3-5 years of experience, corporate scheme experience, and strong organisational skills are required.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support on life and pension products
  • Meeting documentation preparation and management
  • Support for Consultants, Line Managers, and Directors
  • New business applications processing
  • Client communication and updates
  • Compliance and accuracy in investment information
  • Business development project participation
  • Requirements:
  • QFA qualification (RPA and AIIPM desirable)
  • 3-5 years of experience (18 months in brokerage)
  • Corporate scheme experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
