Global Logistics & Shipping Co-Ordinator- Italian Speaker
Be the connection between all areas of the business, positively impacting the customer experience.
Resolve logistics service queries, complaints, and lessons learned with a strong customer focus.
Efficiently resolve queries relating to the global transportation network delivery service.
Collaborate with internal customers to build strong working relationships with colleagues in Production Centres, Sales Centres, and Logistics.
Establish relationships with external parties crucial for Customs & Trade Compliance and external logistics.
Coordinate and resolve disruptions, such as IT outages and capacity issues.
Monitor and coordinate all physical and IT flows, including inbound, outbound, and returns.
Provide information on delivery dates or proof of delivery as required.
Coordinate shipping documents, commercial invoices, and customs clearance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or equivalent experience in global logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Italian is required, with additional languages such as German, Chinese, Polish, Russian, or French being an asset.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills are essential.
Experience with SAP-Knowledge (Module WM) or other Transport Management Systems is preferred.
Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are required.
A willingness to travel for training and networking is necessary.
