**Global Health Insurance Specialist**
We are seeking a skilled Global Health Insurance Specialist to join our Customer Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preauthorizing in-patient treatment, managing complex high-value cases, and maintaining relationships with brokers, clients, and providers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Preauthorization of in-patient treatment
- Aggressive cost containment through tight adjudication and negotiation
- Case management of complex high-value cases
- Maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and providers
- Medical claims reviews
- Responsibility for Health, Safety, and Welfare within the team
**Requirements:**
- Nursing qualification
- Previous clinical nursing experience
- Fluent English and a second language (German or French)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Eligibility to work in Ireland without restrictions
