MEP Construction Supervisor (Night Shift)
Responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of MEP construction projects on a large-scale pharmaceutical project in Co. Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans
- Monitor and report on site activities, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost
- Coordinate with contractors, commissioning team, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards are met and witness tests or inspections as required
- Review and approve test packs, provide information to the database controller, and participate in system walkdowns
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the construction sector on live sites
- Significant LOTO and supervision experience
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- Degree educated or very strong trades' background
