Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and prime brokers/counterparties, and providing middle and back office support for various products, including equities, fixed income, swaps, and derivatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide operational support to institutional clients, including banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms * Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and prime brokers/counterparties * Provide middle and back office support for various products, including equities, fixed income, swaps, and derivatives * Address and research cash/position/market value reconciliation exceptions * Interact with various internal SSC GlobeOp departments, including Fund Accounting, Loan Admin, OTC Operations, Valuations, Investor Services, and IT * Process related to derivative and other trade-related cash-flows, management fees, incentive fees, fund subscriptions, and redemptions * Review work prepared by others and provide feedback * Train operations staff **Requirements:** * BA in business/finance or related discipline * 4+ years of experience with back office operations, working for a prime broker, administrator, hedge fund, mutual fund, investment advisor, or financial/retirement planner * Prior experience with various products, including equities, fixed income, repurchase agreements, futures, FX, derivatives, and mortgages * Expert to intermediate Excel knowledge * Prior experience working in a client service environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills
