Job Description
Job Summary: Lead the delivery of engineering projects on time, on budget & in accordance with all project & business safety & quality goals. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, capital management, commissioning, and cost estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of engineering projects
- Scope new engineering projects and secure capital approval
- Participate in commissioning and qualification activities
- Coordinate project interfaces with other projects and departments
- Coordinate project documentation
- Cost estimation and project scheduling
- Project progress reporting and risk management
- Constructability and maintainability studies
- Project resource management
- Provide project-related training as required.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in engineering, microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or science
- Experience of delivering engineering projects within a GMP regulated environment
- Qualification in project management
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience of SAP, LIMs, and/or other business systems
- 6-Sigma/Kepner-Tregoe or similar problem-solving/decision-making methodology training
- Experience of working within an engineering team in a multinational corporate environment
