Project Manager/BA sought for Global Markets Operations team to deliver change for Global Markets and Global Market Operations stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include coordinating activities across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and other support partners, managing User Acceptance Testing, and tracking delivery status.

Requirements include a track record of delivering complex projects to plan, knowledge of structured project management methods, and ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities across Front Office, Operations, Technology, and other support partners.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing and prepare User Acceptance Testing.
  • Track and communicate delivery status.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Chair a weekly or Bi-Weekly Line of Business progress update call.
  • Update program leads on the current status of Use Cases.
  • Provide input into larger Program routines.

Requirements:

  • Track record of delivering complex projects to plan.
  • Knowledge of structured project management methods.
  • Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  • Experience of partnering with SMEs for requirements gathering, test preparation, and test execution.
  • Knowledge of Operational processing within Global Markets.
