Due to a gradual increase in work instructions received from commercial and private clients over the past 12 months, a superb opportunity for a conveyancing solicitor with experience in Residential / Private and/or Commercial Conveyancing is now open at a leading private practice in Cork.

You will be part of a small, but expert team, and you will have a lot of autonomy and flexibility.

This opportunity might suit an experienced solicitor in Cork looking for a new start in the new year or a solicitors in Dublin or London, looking to re-locate to Cork.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' PQE in property law.
• You will have proven experience in property conveyancing
• You will have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a wide range of commercial and property/security documentation
• Experience of wind farm developments would be very advantageous but not necessary
• You have excellent attention to detail
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are able to work on independently, but you are also a team player
• You can prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure
