**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Test Framework Architecture and Development:**
\t* Lead the design and implementation of QA test frameworks for integration, regression, and stress tests, with a strong focus on automation.
\t* Collaborate with QA and development teams to define comprehensive strategies for test frameworks.
\t* Own and manage the technical roadmap for QA test frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and product needs.
* **Performance Optimization and Quality Assurance:**
\t* Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, building automation tools to validate scalability across cloud services.
\t* Provide quality assurance for test frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
\t* Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry trends, ensuring the test frameworks remain cutting-edge.
* **Collaboration and Mentorship:**
\t* Work closely with stakeholders, managing the schedule, resources, requirements, and defect resolution for test framework activities.
\t* Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices for test automation and QA processes.
