Quality Control Engineer sought for large construction project in County Kerry, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Tralee, County Kerry. This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the largest construction projects to commence in Kerry. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans for construction projects.
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct tests and inspections of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and issues.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
The salary for this position is in the region of €45 – €50,000.
