Relief Instructor - Multiple Posts
Summary: Deliver high-quality training and support to learners with additional needs, promoting their career and educational progression.
As a Relief Instructor with National Learning Network, you will play a vital role in shaping the futures of our learners. With over 50 years of experience in training and employment, we offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.
- Provide systematic training according to specified curricula, with responsibility for the instruction of a number of modules for QQI certification.
- Source and support learners to obtain work experience placements and instil proper work attitudes and work behaviours.
- Facilitate participants in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to secure progression outcomes.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to maintain programme allocations and contribute to the continuous improvement of activities.
Key Requirements:
- Third level qualification, preferably within the Education/Training or Social Sciences sector.
- Relevant pedagogical/training qualification - Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 as a minimum.
- Experience in QQI certification and accreditation processes, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate learners and maintain networks with stakeholders and local communities.
