Sales Advisor - Foods - Cork 16 hours Temporary
Week:
- Tues 10:00 - 16:00
- Wed 10:00 - 14:00
- Sat 14:00 - 20:00
Flexibility to work up to 50% additional hours may be required.
Your role is to serve and sell in store and through all digital channels, delivering an inspiring shopping environment and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer:
- Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving and role modelling service behaviours.
- Put the customer first and prioritise customer needs before tasks.
- Deliver an inspiring shopping environment through excellent product presentation and availability.
- Support store and local community initiatives.
Selling:
- Sell confidently using product knowledge to drive sales growth in store and through digital channels.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer personal recommendations and suggestions.
- Participate in store events to achieve selling targets.
- Create selling opportunities at all service points.
Store:
- Understand store business priorities and contribute to improving store performance.
- Follow safe and legal working practices.
- Minimise losses and work productively throughout the store.
- Deliver key activities and operational processes within areas of responsibility.
Team:
- Adapt and work flexibly to support colleagues and meet customer and business needs.
