We seek a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Dublin West, focusing on communication technology.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and organic growth
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, handle negotiations and customer concerns
- Predict future sales trends, set realistic targets and manage sales budget effectively
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
- 3^rd level degree and sales management experience in a similar role
- Communication Technology industry experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Salary: €60K – €65K plus bonus and benefits
